Are users charged separately?
No. Pricing is per property, not per user. Add as many staff, supervisors, and admins as your operation needs without per-seat fees. The Starter tier caps users at 50; Professional and Enterprise are unlimited.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?
Starter and Professional plans have no setup fee — pre-built defaults get you operational in days. Enterprise customers receive a white-glove onboarding engagement that is included in the commercial agreement.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Every prospect gets a full-featured 30-day trial against your real operational data, with our team helping you stand up your first property. No credit card required for the trial.
What about contract terms?
Starter is month-to-month. Professional offers month-to-month or annual (with a 15% annual discount). Enterprise is negotiated — typically a 1–3 year agreement with quarterly reviews.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card and ACH for Starter and Professional. Enterprise customers can pay by ACH, wire transfer, or invoiced PO with NET 30 terms.
What if my portfolio changes?
Add or remove properties anytime. You are charged for what you use — adding a property mid-month is prorated, removing one credits your next invoice. No long-term commitment per property.
