Built by operators.
For operators.
HotelDispatch was not designed in a tech lab. It was built inside a working hotel by people who got tired of watching tribal knowledge fail every shift, every month, every audit cycle.
This platform exists
because the alternative was failing.
The property that started this had one front desk agent per shift, no front office manager, case compliance failing, loyalty enrollment running well below target, and shift reports that said "quiet night." Audits were a scramble. Guest follow-ups were promises that died between shifts. The GM knew things were slipping but had no system to see it, prove it, or fix it consistently.
We tried every commercial platform available. Most were built for restaurants and bolted on hotel features. Some were built for housekeeping and didn't understand front office. A few were built by software companies that had never spent a single shift behind a desk. None of them solved the underlying problem: hotel operations run on tribal knowledge, and tribal knowledge fails predictably and expensively.
So we built the system we needed. Not a generic task app with a hotel skin — a purpose-built platform designed around how hotels actually run, shift by shift, department by department. The execution layer we wished had existed when we were standing behind the desk at 2 AM on the busiest night of the year.
Real problems
became real features.
Nothing in HotelDispatch was designed in theory. Every capability traces back to a specific failure at a real property — and the fix that closed it.
Operating principles
we refuse to compromise.
Six beliefs that shape every decision about what HotelDispatch becomes — and what it refuses to become.
Built for the floor, not the boardroom.
Every screen passes the test of an exhausted agent at 2am on the busiest night of the year. If it does not work for them, it does not work.
Structure beats motivation.
You cannot motivate your way to consistent operations. You need systems that make the right action the easy action, every shift, every employee, every property.
Visibility is the cure.
Most operational failures happen in the dark. The fix is not a new policy — it is making the existing reality visible to the people who can act on it.
Speed is a feature.
If logging an action takes longer than doing the action, nobody logs it. Every interaction in HotelDispatch is engineered to be faster than the alternative.
No vendor lock-in.
Your operational data is yours. Export to CSV anytime from the admin UI. Database dumps available on request for Enterprise customers. If you ever need to leave, we make it clean. We earn the renewal every year.
Operators talking to operators.
Every customer call is staffed by someone who has actually worked a hotel shift. Not a sales rep reading a script. The difference is felt in every conversation.
One of three production platforms
from operators who build.
HotelDispatch is the execution layer of InnCue — the intelligence layer for hospitality operations. InnCue's sister platforms capture the two other signal categories in hotel operations: InnBrief (market cues, delivered daily at 6 AM) and InnDash (performance cues, full hotel operations and labor analytics).
Built independently. Designed to feed each other. Licensed together or individually. Every platform InnCue ships is a platform we run.
We did not build this because hotels
needed another checklist app.
We built it because managers cannot physically be everywhere, staff forget things, handoffs fail, standards drift, and too much of hotel performance still depends on memory and motivation. The platform that solved our operation is the same platform that will solve yours — because the problems are the same at every hotel. The difference is having a system that addresses them every single shift.
A real conversation,
not a sales pitch.
Whether you are evaluating, comparing, or just curious — we would rather have a real operator-to-operator conversation than send you a brochure. Book time and we will talk.
