One-Tap Activity Logging

Configurable activity types per department: loyalty enrollments, guest case tracking, elite check-ins, complaint resolutions, training completions. Optimistic UI — the tap registers instantly, syncs in the background.

Structured Passdowns

End-of-shift handoff captures open issues, VIP arrivals, follow-ups, and rooms out of order. The next agent must acknowledge before they can begin their own shift. Nothing gets dropped between shifts.

Guest Complaint Tracking

Severity-graded complaint logging with auto-escalation to leadership for high-severity items. Resolution status tracked through to closure. No more "the GM heard about it but never followed up."

Photo Proof

Attach photos to checklist items, complaints, or any logged activity. Timestamped, stored alongside the record forever. Memory is fallible. Photos are not.

02 · Verified Goals & Accountability

Self-reported performance numbers are unreliable. HotelDispatch replaces "I did it" with "here's the proof" — a closed-loop system where goals are assigned, proof is submitted, and managers verify before points are awarded.

Daily Goal Assignment

Goals are assigned automatically when a shift starts, based on the person's department, role, and shift type. Each goal has a clear description, a point value, and a required proof type. Managers control what gets assigned and how many per shift.

Six Proof Types

No proof, written note, photo, count (with minimum target), reference ID (case numbers, ticket IDs), or manager approval. Each goal requires exactly the level of evidence that makes sense for the task.

Manager Review Queue

Submitted goals appear in a review queue where managers approve or send back with a reason. Approved goals award points instantly. Rejected goals can be resubmitted. Every decision is logged with who, when, and why.

Timing & Carry Forward

Set due times so goals have urgency. Overdue goals are flagged on the active shift screen. Missed goals can automatically carry forward to the next shift — no task falls through the cracks.

Spendable Points

Goals can be configured to earn spendable points — real currency in the platform's rewards economy. Spendable goals always require manager approval before points hit the wallet, protecting the integrity of the system.

Goal Analytics

Track completion rates, verification speed, rejection rates, top performers, and which goals get missed most — by department, by person, and over time. The data tells you exactly where coaching is needed.
